CubeX Annual Celebration

CXG

CubeX Annual Celebration marked the company’s transition into CXG, launching the group structure and its new subsidiaries through an inaugural internal event. Developed under a confidential and budget sensitive timeline, the project brought together creative direction, event production, motion design, video storytelling, collateral, recognition objects, and onsite visual execution.

CubeX Annual Celebration was the inaugural annual event marking the transition of CubeX into CXG, shifting the company from a single entity into a group with multiple newly launched subsidiaries. Developed between December 26 and January 15, the event was created under a highly confidential and sensitive timeline, requiring a controlled process and a fully integrated creative and operational approach. I led the project independently, with support from a 3D designer for stage visualization and technical drawings. My role covered the full creative and production direction of the event, including the visual direction, stage concept, spatial elements, welcome counter, directional signage, logo signage, invitations, agendas, seating name cards, flags, giveaways, award plaques, event collateral, and full guest experience. The event also included a complete motion and video program. I scripted, directed, edited, animated, and sound-designed the main event videos, including the CEO interview, promo video, logo animations, teaser and subsidiaries launch, and animated key visuals displayed on stage. These pieces connected the company’s history, milestones, team growth, and future strategy with the formal launch of CXG and its subsidiaries. Beyond the launch itself, the project focused heavily on recognition and appreciation. I designed symbolic award plaques inspired by the original CubeX name, using tiered finishes to recognize long-service members, core team members, vendors, seasonal workers, and wider contributors. Also giveaways at the event and office giveaways that turned the celebration into a more personal experience, making objects of appreciation that could live beyond the event. Overall, the project functioned as both a corporate transformation and an emotional internal milestone. It introduced CXG’s new direction, celebrated the people behind the company’s growth, and established a visual and experiential foundation for the group’s future.
