Esport World Cup

Esports World Cup was a large scale event project where we were in charge for VVIP guests and the closing ceremony across both the 2024 and 2025 editions. My role combined design, guest experience, operational communication, and event support, helping complex event requirements into clear, polished, and functional materials. For the 2024 edition, I designed the event badges, the invitation PR box sent to VVIP guests, and the internal operation plan. These materials supported both the guest experience and the behind the scenes coordination needed to manage access, protocol, and event flow. For the 2025 edition, my role expanded across multiple touchpoints. I designed visitor guides, closing ceremony badges, animated signage, and a welcoming kit with a dedicated publication for VVIP guests for both the opening and closing ceremonies. I also designed the full HQ office wall graphics according to the client’s direction.
