This guest guide was created for the Future Aviation Forum in Riyadh as a guest-facing communication piece for event attendees. The guide brought together key logistical information, including the event schedule, venue details, arrival instructions, registration guidance, and badge collection process.
Because the forum welcomed a large number of local and international guests, the guide needed to be clear, structured, and easy to navigate. I approached it as part of the guest journey, making sure important information could be quickly understood before arrival and used as a reference throughout the event.
The final guide supported a smoother attendee experience by organizing essential event details into one accessible communication piece.
